1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of insuredsalon.com ("the Website"), operated by Analytics Blueprint LLC DBA Insured Brand Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Website.

2. What this site is

InsuredSalon.com publishes educational information about insurance for salon owners, booth renters, and personal-service practitioners. It explains what each coverage does, what regulators and contracts require, and what to ask a licensed agent. That is the whole of the service.

InsuredSalon.com is not:

• An insurance company, carrier, or underwriter
• An insurance agency, broker, or producer, in Texas or in any other state
• Regulated as an insurer by any state insurance regulator
• A source of insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice

We do not quote, bind, place, or sell insurance, and we do not accept applications for it. No entity in the Insured Brand Group family holds an agency license. Where the site names an individual's insurance license, that is a credential behind the writing and nothing more. Any coverage referenced on this site is offered and sold by independent licensed insurance professionals, who are responsible for their own regulatory compliance, their quotes, and the policies they issue.

3. What we collect, which is nothing

This site has no quote request form, no account, and no lead-collection feature. We do not ask you for your name, your phone number, or any other personal information, and we do not sell or share information about you, because we hold none to sell. If that ever changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the change before it takes effect, not after. The Privacy Policy covers the analytics and cookies the site does use.

4. Accuracy, and its limits

Claims on this site are cited to the body that set them: the statute, the administrative rule, the regulator's own page, the policy form, or a named published source. A claim that cannot be traced to one of those does not publish. The about page describes how pages here are sourced and checked.

Requirements change, and sources are sometimes wrong or out of date. We do not warrant that any page is current, complete, or error-free at the moment you read it. Verify anything you intend to act on with the regulator, licensing body, or agent who governs your situation. 5. Not insurance advice

Everything on this site is general educational information written for no one in particular. It is not advice about your business, your contracts, or your coverage, and reading it creates no professional relationship of any kind. What you actually need turns on facts this site cannot see. Decisions about your own coverage belong with a licensed professional who has read your policies and your contracts.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to Analytics Blueprint LLC unless otherwise noted. You may quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions of it without written permission. Quoted statutes, rules, and policy forms belong to their own publishers and are reproduced here as citation.

7. Third-party sites

This site links to regulators, published sources, and the other brand sites operated by Insured Brand Group. Links are provided for reference. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These limits do not apply to liability arising from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to the extent applicable law does not permit them.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Analytics Blueprint LLC DBA Insured Brand Group and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact us at [email protected] and allow thirty days to resolve the matter informally. Any proceeding that follows shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court and claims under consumer protection statutes that give you a right to another forum.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Website after that constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the rest will remain in effect.
